Orders required within 6 weeks

To order using the Shopping Cart

Add your chosen items to the cart ensuring you enter the correct quantity required for each item.  Once you have entered all the items you require complete checkout and make your payment in full.

You will receive an email within 24 hours with an order details form attached for you to enter all of the information required for your invitations, i.e. Names, place, date, typeface & wording styles, etc. (please note: typeface for christening stationery will be printed in "Monotype Corsiva").

Either save the form to your pc & email the completed form back to me, or print it off & return the completed form by post.  The sooner you return your completed form the better, as only when I have received all of your relevant details can I produce your proof(s), and commence with your order.

To order using the Order Form

Download & print off the relevant order form above and enter all your details, item requirements & quantities & return to me by post along with a cheque/postal order for full payment made payable to
"L. Bosman"

Once your order form & full payment are received your proof(s) will be produced & sent to you (normally within 7 working days of cleared payment) by 1st class recorded delivery for your approval (a signature is required on receipt of delivery).

Please note:  Only when all proofs have been approved by you and your completed proof approval form is returned and payment has cleared can work commence on your order, so it is important that you check your proof(s) thoroughly and return your form and any proof(s) clearly marked for amendement promptly in order for the dispatch time to be met.  Delay in returning your proof approval form may result in your order being delayed.

Pre-Booked Orders

This method can be used for functions which are booked for 6 months or more in advance, or for larger orders where you wish to pay a deposit & book a production date for your stationery.  A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of placing  your order.

Download & print off the relevant order form above & enter all your details, item requirements & quantities, and post the form to me along with your deposit by either cheque/postal order made payable to "L. Bosman".

Once your order form & deposit are received your proof(s) will be produced & sent to you (normally within 7 working days of cleared payment) by 1st class recorded delivery for your approval (a signature is required on receipt of delivery).

You will be informed of your expected Production date once I have received your proof approval form 

Please note:  Only when all proofs have been approved by you and your completed proof approval form is returned can work commence on your order, so it is important that you check your proof(s) thoroughly and return your form and any proof(s) clearly marked for amendement promptly in order for a production date to be set.  Delay in returning your proof approval form may result in the production date being delayed.

The remaining balance of your order is required 3 weeks before the sheduled production date.  You will be sent an invoice detailing the balance due & the date by which the final balance is to be paid.

Prompt payment of your final balance is required by cheque/postal order to allow your payment to clear by the sheduled production date so as not to delay dispatch of your order.  Orders will not be dispatched until funds have cleared.
