Terms & Conditions
1. When placing an Immediate order with Lyndys Dream Weddings payment is required in full either via our secure online shopping cart, or by printing off the order form and sending your completed form to us with a cheque/postal order for full payment including postage & packing charges (currently £10.00) made payable to "L. Bosman".
1.1. When placing a Pre-Booked order with Lyndys Dream Weddings a deposit of 50% of the total of your order including postage & packing charges (currently £10.00) is required by cheque/postal order made payable to "L. Bosman". No proof items will be sent out without a deposit and completed order form being received by us. The deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final invoice.
Prompt return of your proof items secures a production and delivery date.
1.2. For orders totalling £200.00 or more Postage & Packing is Free.
2. Once your completed order details form and full payment for immediate orders, or completed order form and deposit for pre-booked orders are received by us, a proof of each stationery item ordered in your chosen design will be produced and sent to you with a proof approval form via 1st Class Royal Mail recorded Signed For delivery for your inspection and approval.
Any amendments required must be clearly marked on the proof(s) and proof approval form and returned to us as soon as possible so as not to delay production time.
2.1. Please note that it is your responsibility to proof read and check all the details carefully, as once your order has been dispatched Lyndys Dream Weddings will not be held responsible for any errors not detected and brought to our attention at the time of returning your proof approval form.
2.2. Only when ALL proofs have been approved by you and returned to us and your payment has cleared can work commence on your order, so it is vitally important that you check and return your proofs promptly in order for us to meet our production and dispatch time.
2.3. If at this stage you have not yet finalised the details for any other items of stationery ordered, e.g. Order of Service, Menus, etc. these details can be sent to us once you have all the relevant details. Please ensure you send these details to us no later than 4 weeks prior to your Wedding Day.
2.4. Any amendments that occur after approval will be charged accordingly.
3. Slight variations may occur during design, please note that this is not a fault but is due to each item being totally handmade and adds to each items' individuality.
3.1. Occasionally, due to product availability slight variations in colour and or texture of materials used in our designs may occur, these circumstances are beyond our control, but you can rest assured that we will always endeavour to use the same materials where possible on all of your items as in your inital proof (depending on the timescale taken for proofs to be approved).
4. When your order is completed it will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed by 1pm the following day. We will contact you by email as soon as your order is ready for dispatch. If you require your order to be dispatched to a different address please inform us as soon as possible and notify the person receiving your order that a signature is required upon delivery.
4.1. Lyndy's Dream Weddings always ensure that we take special care in packaging your order, however we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused in transit. We always obtain a postal receipt so that if in the event any loss or damage is experienced we can supply you with the details and a claim can be pursued by yourself to Royal Mail for compensation.
5. Lyndys Dream Weddings will endeavour to supply the client as agreed but cannot be held responsible for situations beyond our control, e.g. postal disputes, discontinued material. Satisfaction is vital to our relationship with our clients and so if such a situation should arise we will where possible undertake to provide an alternative option.
Cancellation
Cancellation of an order must be put in writing as soon as possible to Lyndys Dream Weddings in order to halt any further production. If the cancellation notice is received before the given order production date then no further payment will be due. If cancellation occurs after the final balance has been paid then depending on how much work on your order has been completed we may at our discretion refund all or part of the final balance.
Refunds
We will only offer a refund or offer to re-make your wedding stationery if we believe that the error was made by ourselves. If it is found that products have been tampered with we are under no obligation to offer a refund.
All items requiring a refund must be notified to us by email within 7 days of receipt.
We also draw your attention to note 4.1. of our Terms & Conditions, loss or damage in transit.
Disclaimer
Please be advised that all products created by Lyndys Dream Weddings and the associated packaging are not suitable for small children as they may contain small parts which could pose a choking hazard, therefore, they should be kept out of the reach of small children at all times.
As each of our wedding stationery items are individually handmade there will always be a slight unavoidable variation between items. Any variation is extremely slight and in most cases may not even be noticeable, and is an acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
Lyndys Dream Weddings accept no responsibility for any damage caused to items due to the client failing to handle or store them appropriately.
Lyndys Dream Weddings reserve the right to change / modify our products and or prices without prior notice.
Copyright
All stationery designs and artwork remain the copyright of Lyndys Dream Weddings and may not be copied or reproduced in any way.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have gained permission to use any material e.g. hymns, poems, etc, that you have asked us to include in your stationery, and as such you indemnify Lyndys Dream Weddings against any action brought against us for breach of a thrid partys' copyright.
Privacy Statement
No personal information is collected or held by Lyndys Dream Weddings for any purpose other than the processing of stationery requests, the payment of orders or answering of queries.
SUMMARY
Ordering & Delivery Schedule
It is advisable to place your order a minimum of 6 weeks before your earliest required delivery date
We will endeavour to accommodate orders required in less than the standard 6 week delivery time through the standard prices wherever possible. However, an additional charge may be made for short notice orders depending on our existing workload and if we have to adjust any other work already in progress to accommodate your order. If this need arises we will contact you to discuss and agree this with you before we commence any work on your order.
It is advisable to place a single order for all stationery where possible to ensure a perfect match in materials used. Any additional requirements will be treated as a separate order, and will incur further postage costs and will also affect production and delivery timescales.
Payment
Immediate orders (required within 6 weeks): Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.
Pre-Booked orders (non-urgent for functions booked 6 months or more in advance): A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total of your order including postage & packing is required at the time of placing your order. The Final balance is due 3 weeks prior to your given production date and will be requested by invoice approximately 4 weeks before your production date.
Orders will be commenced on clearance of full or initial payment, and orders will only be dispatched on clearance of any final balance.

We have tried to set out our Terms & Conditions in a non-exhaustive and explanatory way, but to cover all aspects of your ordering experience with Lyndys Dream Weddings, so that once you have decided on your stationery design and placed your order with us you can relax in the knowledge that your order will be treated with care and attention to detail, and that you can expect a professional and exceptional service. But if there are any aspects that you are unsure of or confused about please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help.
The most important thing to remember is to relax and let us take care of your stationery while you get on with organising all of the other important arrangements for your big day.
