A         I would recommend at least 4 ½ months before your wedding date

A         About 3 months before your wedding date to allow guests
            sufficient time to reply

Q         Who should send out the invitations?
A         Normally the hosts of the wedding, this can be the brides'
            parents, grooms' parents or the bride herself

Q         When should the R.S.V.P date be set for?
A         At least 4 weeks before your wedding date, as you cannot
            finalise the catering or seating arrangements until you
            know the final number of guests that have accepted your
            invitation

Q         How many Orders of Service will I need?
A         1 Order of Service should be allowed per guest and an
            extra for the clergy and choir

Q         How many Menus will I need?
A         1 or 2 Menus should be allowed per table, depending on
            the size of the table
